Polish Breakfast

IMG_1425.PNGI’ll start of with a personal fact that my two best friends are Polish (sisters), and when we were younger and had ‘sleepovers’ , breakfast was sliced ham, big juicy tomatoes on toasted rye bread/mini baguettes with perfectly cooked eggs (scrambled/fried egg normally) and a touch of sea salt.

It’s so simple, yet a very quick, tasty (and healthy) breakfast choice. Give it a go!

I’m currently working my way through the Biona Rye Bread range. They’re scrummy just toasted with butter.
